Hello!
I inherited a property near Boca de los Frailes. Probably I want to build there
a small finca to stay when I´m retired...
Due to my lack of knowledge in spanish regulations ( building permission... ),
I´m looking for someone ( I speak german and english ) who can give me advice.
Maybe an estate agent? What do you recommend?

Hi,
by a small finca I assume you mean an house, finca is a Spanish word which means a piece of land. What you can build on it depends on what type of land it is, urbano or rural.
If you pm me with the reference to the land (Town ,Poligono number &parcela number) I will look it up in catastro and then try to advice you.

HI there, I am just tuning in to this discussion and realise it was from 2016 and I am curious to know how it transpired? Did you build? Was the process long and complicated? We are hoping to restore an old farm house (cortijo) so any advice/info and updates would be really helpful, or just general chat on this topic.
