Buying a property in Cabo de gata

Hi everyone, I am considering to move and live permanently in Cabo de Gata with my partner. The idea would be to buy a cortillo and manage it as a rental house. We have already a property down there, so we have already NIE and other documentation. It would be really nice to chat with people living in the area to be more informed about cost of life, general expenses, health system, etc. We are basically trying to figure out what budge we would need to live there.
