Hartcjhart is right; the liberal elite would not allow it.
'You are MY little puppy' and the threat of the guardhouse, jankers, drill and the dreaded PT would have them making a human chain around the first poor vulnerable soul to be so mistreated, chanting slogans of injustice and abuse.
Social media would be buzzing, a tent village would appear close by with jugglers and fire-eaters to entertain the protestors. They would be provided with toilet facilities (a basic human right). Roads would have to be closed, traffic diverted and police protection provided. It could last for months, until the government did a U-turn.
The tax payer would be left to pay, with the additional bill for the clean up of rubbish left by these caring folk.
And the youngster at the centre of the furore would be a celebrity, soon to be seen on reality tv.
