I was there and they were refused with there antigen test. .... I have been vaccinated ( twice). I still got the pcr test before I flew and day 2 test. Which had to be shown ...

Well that’s compounding the issue!

You need an antigen test whether or not vaccinated. You don’t need a PCR test (much more expensive). In March we did need a PCR, to drive into France. In June my wife had been vaccinated and flew to the UK with an antigen test. The UK govt advice on tests has not changed since then.

Yes you need a angien test. But I was told that unless you have had both vaccines you need a pcr test and as I said two guys were refused to get in the plane this was 19 July at malaga airport

You are repeating yourself!

As I said - I’m not denying what you saw - just saying it was incorrect.

The UK govt does NOT require a PCR test for anyone coming in from Spain, I posted the U.K. govt guidance and am not responding further to your misinformation.

As someone who has just flown from Alicante to Birmingham with Ryanair I want to throw this into the mix, all we had to show was the proof of our COVID test taken within 72hrs of flying. We were not asked to prove our vaccine status at all in this leg of the journey. Yes, we had to show our vaccine status leaving the UK but not on the return. I thought we would be asked for proof of completing the passenger locater form but no? I will say though, when we got to Birmingham they spent longer viewing each passengers passport on the screen when it was scanned so I assume the PLF comes up then
