Had mine on Friday results back same day has to be pcr test nearest place I found was a place called Mlab in Lorca cost €100

When did it change to “has to be PCR test”, to fly to UK LFT tests are fine according to Gov site ?

Antigen is all that is required currently

Correct as per my cut snd paste from the UK comedians (sorry Gov) web site. We arrived Friday and return to the UK this coming Thursday and are taking a lateral flow test for re-entry, if it’s wrong then first I show them what’s on the Gov site and then fight my way out….. keep an eye on the BBC news guys 🤣

A negative antigen test is the current requirement for flying to the U.K. €25 each locally. We pay cash and make prior appointment. 15 mins after the test you get your result.
Being vaccinated makes no difference at present to being able to fly to the UK unless your jabs were in the UK. That may change in a few weeks once the UK certification system gets up to speed with the EU one so if can recognise it.

A PCR test is not required, antigen test (€25 locally) is accepted.
