The uncertainty of travel regs is still a nightmare. Your residential status has no relevance to the health check teams at the airports, and their attention to certificates etc is sporadic so I'd suggest be prepared and expect the worst!

We arrived in Europe this week via the Chunnel and no one asked for proof of our covid vaccination. Obviously I can’t comment on what happens at the airports. Drove down to Spain.
