Re Covid test required for return to UK

I have been told the following. The price they are not sure about but definitely where you can get the test. If you do find out a definite price could you let me know please. 

You can get a valid for travel covid test in Vera, private medical centre near bullring, think it is around 60 to 100 euros.

If you find out about the covid test in Vera could you let me know how it all works. As I am over there at the end of the month and will need to get a test to come back. Also do you know if there is any car hire places in Mojacar or Palomares please.

The medical centre in Vera you refer to is EV Medical and it is located near to the bullring.  We went there earlier in the year prior to a return trip to the UK.  Antigen test only required, not full PCR.  Cost was 40€ each. It was a very quick test with printed results in approx 20 mins.  Very pleasant and efficient staff.  An appointment is required.  Hope this helps.

Great information...I will be returning to UK on June 30th and you definitely have to have the pcr test up to 72 hours prior to flying...so I will ring the medical centre in vera for an appointment 

Hi, you do not need a pcr test to fly back to the UK, just an Antigen test. Cost is 40 euros at Vera Medical opposite the bullring. I called in there yesterday and they said bookings can be made over the phone and only 24 hours in advance of when you need to test. Whole process takes 30mins including paperwork.
