We are travelling to Spain tomorrow. Unfortunately although my husband has obtained his qr code he has put the wrong date of travel on the form. We have emailed [email protected] and they have said to fill in another form, but when he tries to do that, a box flashes up saying there is already another form! Any ideas anybody? I hope it doesn’t stop us flying

Use another e mail address to register the form, hopefully you have a second e mail or just create new gmail account or similar. Thats a quick fix. Good luck.

Thanks Deekerh53 for your suggestion. We have just managed to solve the problem with help from Jet2holidays. They suggested putting in the passport number with a nought in front of it and it worked! Hope this helps somebody else.

Hi,
We made a similar mistake with a date field also.
We prefixed the passport number with an X. Got a new locator printout. No problem.
