Hi my name is Vera, along with my husband and possibly grandchildren we are looking to rent a villa in Cabrera next year, unfortunately although we have travelled extensively in the area, this is one spot we haven't visited. The property looks very nice but …… Does anyone have any information that would help us, e.g. is there enough to do, restaurants, just general really the rental will be from mid April to June. I really would appreciate any contribution

I hate the floor in our (prospective) house. Has anyone tiled over existing tiles? I realise that doors probably will need adjusting. I’m looking for creamy/white tiles - where could I buy these from/who can fit/square metre cost. Sorry I’m asking so much. TYIA

Looking to be in Sierra Cabrera for two months from July to Sept. Either looking for a cheap car hire or to buy a cheap car to use while here and then leave her for further visits. How easy is it to buy a car and is anyone selling one or can advise who to contact. Thanks.

I am thinking of investing in a second home in Cabrera Sierra.I am familiar with the area and have property nearby. I have seen that there are outstanding issues with services and the plans that might mean owners will have to pay alot to improve the infrastructure. What is the latest on this? I do not want to be suddenly hit with a bill for thousands of euros,

Also, notice quite a few properties have been on the market FOR YEARS - and they do not seem to be particularly overpriced or have other obvious issues - is it that the market is very slow? I am worried that if things don't work out I will never be able to resell.

Hello Sir, I have a quick question for you...I have lost several of my keys. I really cannot afford to spend $80 per key to have the Locksmith program my key. Do you know where I can just buy the programming tools?
