Hi all in Sierra Cabrera!
We are buying a lovely property up there and over the next few weeks have many questions (apologies in advance).
We are Paul and Lisa from The Yorkshire Dales.

Let’s just see if we manage to secure the property first ….. then just need help with basic stuff, ie : ‘taxiing from airport (anyone local), gardeners, vets, maintenance, decorators, etc. 😊

Hi Paul and Lisa. Good luck with the property search. Just a little concern please be aware that some of the property in Cabrera is not fully legal. Make sure you have a good independent solicitor.

Thank you Karen - solicitor confirmed it’s legal, etc. just watching the pound to euro before we lock in a rate 😬.

Good luck with your purchase, I'm sure you'll love it in Cabrera, we do and are happy to help if you need it.
We live here virtually all year and have also have our dog with us. All the things you need are easily sourced, we use the local vets in Turre, who we think are good, there are several gardeners, builders, electricians, decorators, etc, we have used both Spanish and English over years and found the standard of work good from both.
There is an excellent active community in Cabrera and you will find that virtually everyone will help or at least point you in the right direction.
