New Development in Sierra Cabrera

rather fanciful, the advert is for a single detached house, which in the detail is given as 'second hand, good condition' and also 'built in 2024'.... has a whiff of joke about it, or there is indeed an existing house for sale and the agent has dredged up some ChatGPT imagery to support the listing bolted onto a maybe a blurb from the 1980s?... Paco Parra, Garrucha appears to be the agent and shows the same imagery.   Not sure there is a development, but this advert is curious.

If something looks to good to be true it’s probably a LIE or certainly false . Will be interesting to see if anymore details come forward . Please let’s see what else can be found .

Yes, the development in Cortijo Cabrera is true. It is in Cabrera Polygono 2, and will be situated on the land situated above Riad Cabrera, Fatimas' restaurant. However the info currently posted by the agent in Garrucha is very confusing. The actual plan is for 11 single storey villas that share a communal pool. Each villa is either 2 bedroom/2 bathroom or 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2024. I know, as I live in Cabrera Polygono 2 very near to the site and am happy to provide further information to anyone who is interested. The 2 bedroom villas (90m2) on approx 250m2 plots are initially priced at 230,000 euros and 3 bedroom/2bathroom versions (100m2) are 245,000 euros.

Yes thanks for the update . As an aside I really like Fatima restaurant and what a pleasant lady . Not been there for a year or more as not a a vehicle available on my last couple of visits . They seem pretty reasonable at the prices quoted just not everyone’s cuppa the drive up and down to Turre .
