Hi, folks, I would like to introduce, myself my name is Malcolm but better known here in S/Wales UK as  Mal i am moving to Lijar on the 29th of March i am retiring from property developing in Wales, i am some would call a 4x4 of /road vehicle nut involved in all aspects of this activity

throughout the Uk. my intentions, of coming to Almeria is to continue with this, hopefully purchasing land, to set up an off-road site, for instruction, and play, with competitions, to bring like-minded people from near and far to Almeria boosting tourism.

There will be a small daily charge but will be run as a non-profit enterprise, giving money to local charities.

I would be pleased to hear from like-minded people,for help, and advice for this new adventure.

Bringing a car to Spain in may and will be matriculating over but does this need to be done pre brexit exit and before December.

Post brexit is there any issue

Just a note of caution if you are thinking of walking the trail from Sopalmo over the hill and down into the rambla by the road bridge. The bee hives on the left of the path have some very aggressive bees in them. Done this walk often without any problems but yesterday my wife and I were chased by the bees and my wife sustained multiple stings. We were on the track and not close to the hives but they still buzzed us.
