Brand new opened but unused Firestick Lite (still packaged in original box) to enable television channels. recently purchased via Amazon but unable to use. Collection only or buyer pays for postage.

Hi,
Nothing sinister. It is merely because the company that set you up for the tv package service need to be able to communicate with you by either Whatsapp or facetime and I do not have a Smart phone/Iphone so they cannot assist me. It isn't just the setting up but if you have any future problems they again talk the consumer through any issues via whatsapp or facetime. I'm not going to buy a new phone to do this. I just have a old style no app type mobile.
If interested please let me know. As I say it is brand new & unused.
