We went to our pre arranged appt and signed on at the beginning of October.   I emailed the office at Vera and asked when we could collect them and they replied 13th October (there was a fiesta day in the way). Didn't need a 2nd appointment just turned up and explained I had been sent a message saying I could collect them.  Maybe it's a case of who you speak to 🤔🤔

We have just collected our padron certificates this afternoon.  Booked an appointment in the hope that they would be ready and they were.  So initial appointment Monday 26th Oct and collection today 30th.  Brilliant service.

Hi Brian

We had to have an appointment which we did online, we went Thursday just gone so quiet recent. We had our passports, deeds of house, household bill and had to gave our NIE numbers. It took us the full 15minutes appointment and had to pay 2 euros each and sign forms.

We now already got another appointment for 2 weeks time to collect,  please make sure if a couple you have an appointment slot each. The first time we went we was told to go and was turnt away as no appointment please make one very strict and also no one speaks English so hard to understand we just nodded head.

Hope we are allowed to pick up re the new lock down for 2 weeks

Kind regards

Tina

Thanks Tina

We’ve managed to get it sorted

And has all been applied online for Residencia about 3 weeks ago

Hope all goes well for you to collect

You should be ok as you won’t be going out of municipalities to collect

Many Thanks

Brian

Do you have a digital signature? You’ll need a Firma Digital to get a PadrĂłn online

Went in via https://www.vera.es/ and followed the excellent instructions by DarioMartin but it does not look like you can book an appointment online;-(.

Or is every date in Vera booked out into next year?

At the top, click on “Cita Previa” (or go directly to https://citaprevia.vera.es/)

Under “Seleccione Servicio” find and select “Servicio Atención Ciudadano”

Under “Seleccione Proveedor” leave it at Prado Zamora - she’s speaks English

Click “Siguiente” bottom right

Next screen is self explanatory - click the right arrow on the calendar until you get a day with a list of appointment times showing  - at the moment, first available is 15 October.  Select a time from the list.

Click “Siguiente”

Fill in your given name under “Nombre”

Surname under “Apellido”

Email address under “Dirección de E-Mail”

Telephone number under “Número de teléfono”

Address under “Domicilio”

The town you are in (Vera / Vera Playa) under “Ciudad”

Post code under “Código postal”

“Hacer solicitud para Empadronimiento” under “Nota o trámite a realizar”

Then “Siguiente” and that takes you to a confirmation screen.  Accept and confirm.  Print confirmation and take with you at appointed date.

It could well be just that Prado is on leave / not available - try another consultant and see if it gives you available dates
