Hi. I have friends who currently live in Canada. They meet the current necessary requirements to apply for Spanish residency and are planning to come permanently in September. They were here for a couple of weeks to hopefully meet up with agents re rental properties until they decide where they want to settle. Unfortunately a couple of days after they arrived they both got COVID and we're quite poorly and unable to meet with any agents.

Can anyone recommend good agencies for long term rentals 3/6 months?

Please pm me for information on Villa Pikorua which us available for long term let from September/October through to May. This is a detached house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright lounge dining room and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The ample garden has a large private pool and fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Villa Pikorua has an unbroken record of 5 star reviews. Hope that helps.
