I’m in a similar position. My current rental ends at the end of March and am going back to the UK by car. I ‘m hoping that they don’t have to extend the lockdown or whether I can drive up to Bilbao to catch the ferry

... Stay in the UK if you can,  the streets here are empty and the police are about checking you. No bars or restaurants are open queues for shopping at all supermarkets, that's if they haven't stripped the shelves bare before you get there!  And talk now of extending the 15 days to much longer and harsher penalties if you don't obey.
