Hi I have downloaded the Salud Andalusia app a while ago. Do you know if you can add a family member on to it or do they have to download seperate app? If you can add on to it can anyone tell me how?

Thanks

Yes, you can.  I have both myself and my wife on the Salud Responde app. Just need other persons NIE and health card number (starting “AN …”) and you can add them on by clicking the little green button top right that has a person and a “+”sign,  and do everything for them that you are able to do for yourself.

Thanks Dario I have done this on the Salud Responded app. But cannot seem to do it on Salud Andalusia ( for covid vaccination certificate), do you know if you can add another person on to this one too?

Ah - now that app I battle with I must admit.  I don't think you can because you have to login to the app each time, using Cl@ve or other method.  I guess you can just log in as the other person, as long as you have all the details.

Ha ha if you battle with it there's no hope for me.

Thanks anyway.

I have got both mine and my wife's on the Samsung smart phone. Along with the QR scanner. Both our Covid certificates are saved as 'history' and will open up 'the big green tick'  showing our respective N.I.E numbers.

Now how to do it ?   You got to be joking ! I somehow managed it but can't remember the steps I had to take - sorry, not very helpful. If I do figure it out I'll post it . good luck.

Thank you Dario for your advice regarding salud responde.  I have it on my phone but my husband although he has a phone is no good at technology!  Also i think all his health records show my phone number anyway so i will try and follow your advice.  However since Covid i have not been able to book an appointment with my doctor and have to traipse to the centro de salud and queue for an appointment which is a pain being disabled and deaf!!! Try hearing the receptionists through their masks and a plastic screen and lots of other people talking loudly.  Its an impossibility!   So i have to put it all on my phone and place the phone in front of them!  Cheers!!!
