Anyone who has seen my posts on internet will know I favour Digi.

So I had a visit from Digi representatives today; if you are in Vera / Vera Playa (other areas as well probably but can’t speak to them) in September / October, the DigiPlus network is going live.  This is Digi’s OWN network, not reliant on Movistar to carry them.

What does this mean? It means in this area a 1 Gb/s plan goes from 30€ per month to 20€ per month (if you are already on Digi, you will automatically be converted to this) but for all those who like high speeds and lots of bandwidth, as well as low latency, you’ll be able to get their 10 Gb/s connection for … 25€ per month.

yes. You read that right.  10 Gb/s - 10.000 Mb/s!!

you better believe I’ll be switching to that for both home and shop!!

Question

What is thier ''unlimited'' limit fair usage policy contained in the  terms of service?

I’d have to look it up … but I download movies, stream video …. I can easily burn through 500 GB without trying … never an issue.  I’ve never actually considered there was a “fair use” policy.  I’ll look it up and edit this post if I find anything.

EDIT:

There is no fair use policy for fibre optic - unlimited means unlimited.

Do you know if they will also cover Valle del Este golf resort? I need to decide which provider to take so would be nice to have 10 GB/s connection  😁

No idea - Digi can tell you that … I would like to think if they are doing Vera / Vera Playa, they will also do the other areas that fall within Vera’s boundaries and VdE makes sense ..,  HOWEVER I had the 1 Gb/s connection when I was living at VdE and even that was superb

Not sure if it covers Valle del Este Digi I mean. I enquired some time ago and Digi said they didn't cover Valle del Este?
