Nannie, do not waste your time on Jim the faux Irishman, he just loves to be difficult.  Hates most Brits  and blames Brexit on just about everything.  As I have said before, there are good and bad irrespective of nationality.  Ecocorp did a great job for me, and subsequently ...

...my neighbours.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks...... He really is argumentative! If I had said white he would say black! Why do people go about looking for an argument? We were asked for advice and gave the person our best opinions! I certainly won't bother replying to him.....

He does pose a very strange analogy does he not?  It’s like saying you should never use an Irish bar or an Indian restaurant, both establishments undoubtedly owned and run by expatriates / immigrants, but should seek out the Spanish owned and run alternative to support the local economy.  As they say, nowt as strange as folk.  I only hope that originator of the question makes an informed decision.

I think if you look back on this post you will see that I stated that I used Fontalmonzora for my solar panel installation and that I found them to be good and cheaper than Ecocorp who had quoted for an identical installation- then you started going on about buying Spanish which as I bought my installation from a Spanish company simply made no sense - try reading back what you wrote

We only had 5.4 kW supplied and had to upgrade to 9.2 kW.  It is sadly quite a process which will involved a fully qualified electrician and the energy supplier but well worth the effort.
