Hello I hope this helps. My apartment has all gone through now. I haven't been over yet as waiting for repairs to be done before furniture goes in.

Hi

There were very few left not sure they have all been sold. That is about the price of some and others are higher  Caroline is in charge at Grupo Platinum Estates and can help you as they are agents selling the apartments. They are really good value for 2 bed 2 bath and lovely views of mountains and distant sea views. The terraces are huge!

I will send you phone no too in next message.

Hi val

Thanks for that. Its caroline were meeting when we come over. We will hopefully  view a few properties but these do look really good value. Would be a great intro to buying in spain. How far is the complex from the seafront ?

Hi

That sounds great. Are you going over soon. The complex is about 4/5 mins drive just outside San Juan. you'd need a car there. There are lots of beach bars open in summer day and night one supermarket only one hotel. its not commercialised or spoilt. Very Spanish blue flag beaches golf course too. It's about 3 hours from mountains to go skiing too  You'll love the place. So far I've only been there once in March to see the apartments and loved it there. The apartments have a pool too but it's not finished yet. You can hire a a car from europcar and Caroline gets discount.

Coming over on the 13th till 20th. Yes it does look really nice but whether its for us time will tell. The fact it is mainly unpoilt is very appealling to us. We have 2 grown up kids so have done all the touristy stuff.  Already hired our car so looking forward to touring about.  If we do buy we will rent out and use the odd week here and there for holidays. Our long term plan is to use for months at a time in retirement

That's similar to us 2 kids grown up now might rent out when we not there but not at first. I've ordered furniture package from Furniture.Express they have really nice furniture. The package includes everything you can think of and need.
