We are planning to purchase a property in San Juan. Does anyone have recommendations for a solicitor that can Handle the purchase/conveyance. We have one in Torrevieja but not always very swift to respond. Thought it maybe better to find one in the region. Tia.

Maria Maroto at Mundiabogados. She's excellent and speak English if your Spanish is shaky. The office staff also speak English.

I have just used these and I'm in the UK...gave them power of attorney it was fine...completed June 3rd
