Cheers

Absolutely YES, and as you state ‘we”, a will for each of you is absolutely necessary. For instance, should one of you die and it’s a joint bank account the bank will probably freeze the account until the relevant paperwork has been presented. Cheap enough, we paid €90 for 2 Spanish wills. Take an interpreter.

Could I ask where do I go?  Is it a Notary or solicitor (seems in Spain Notaries are used a lot but I’m not up to speed yet)

Many thanks

Hi can you provide contact details of who you used for your wills, please. Need to update ours and will not use the solicitor we used originally. He gave us very bad advice on so many matters including our wills.

It’s the next street up from Vera clinica.  They were €46 euros each

Yes, use a solicitor.  We used one in Mojacar above the post office.  You then go with the solicitor to the notary .

Can I ask the name of this solicitor and also be rude and ask a rough price? Thanks
