The pharmacy is in Vera and they charge 140 euros. You can collect the result or they will email it to you.

The 72 hours starts from the time you get the results until you get to the Uk border. When you get the result it will have the the date (the day after the test) but if you get the result by e-mail it arrives around 6pm...ish. This is the procedure from the pharmacy in Vera.
