No problems at all.  I had no reaction whatsoever with the AZ in the UK, although I hear that many people do suffer flu-like symptoms.  The only ill-effect from the Biontech/Pfizer here in Spain was short term muscle pain around the needle site, which I understand is normal.

...ws my first one (batch number is missing).  I’m in the process of finding out if I can amalgamate the two or whether I need to prove both separately for travel. 
It has caused confusion but I wanted it done ASAP as the U.K. numbers were rising fast.

That's rubbish what they are telling you. I have had my uk and Spanish vaccinations put on my records and even got them to print it off

Hi. My partner had her first in UK in February and second in Spain in May. Spanish nurse took down her details from first jab and added them to their records. Haven’t as yet downloaded her details from Salud app.

Just an update. We went to medical centre today and they printed off both mine and my partner COVID certificates. My partner had her UK and Spanish jab on hers.
