What can I say Dario that info you have just sent will help me no end to definitely change to this company and when I do I will quote your number for your well deserved discount and mine . Again thank you so much for your time and helping me . One very happy lady .

An absolute pleasure - don’t forget to download the Iberdrola app as well; when you have contracted, you can see and control everything from there

All you will need to get things up and running is the CUPS number which is on your bill, or if that’s not accepted (sometimes not, if swapping from a different company), then the supply address (again, on your existing bill and possibly a bit different to your actual physical address - the supply address is the location of the meter)

Dario, informative as always... perhaps you have come across something to help with my concern -- I'm after a supplier whose electricity is sourced from renewables, cost is important but companies that invest in renewable sourcing are usually at the lower end of the cost range, because renewables are less costly to source... Iberdrola say their electricity is 100% ´green´, which I take to mean renewable, but they provide no evidence of the claim. I would expect to see something like -- 50% investments in solar farm over there, yielding xx mw, 100% investment in wind farm on that side, yielding yy mw, but I can´t find anything.   Have you come across any statement from them along these lines?  A link to follow?  Thanks....
