IBI tax in Palomares

We bought our holiday home in Palomares in March 2019. The IBI tax was taken out of our Spanish bank account in November 2020 (I suspect our solicitor directed the payment using the power of attorney we signed when we purchased our house). Nothing was taken out of our account in 2021. To pay our 2021 IBI tax and to set up a direct debit for our future IBI tax will I need to visit Cuevas del Almanzora Ayuntamiento? Will I need to make an appointment or do I just turn up?
