Yes

Spanish law demands that non-Spanish registered vehicles only carry one warning triangle, while Spanish-registered vehicles must carry two. However, it is recommended that when travelling in the country you still carry two as officials may still fine you for just having one, regardless of the regulations. 😃

You need a reflective jacket for each person in the car...... they can check if you are pulled over for a random check....

Check what kit you need fir your car too like the triangle and spare bulbs etc.   The emissions sticker will be required at some point too .

Happy travelling to lovely Palomares .

I may have missed it somewhere in the submissions but keep your ferry ticket handy too, to prove when you entered the country. You are probably only staying for a holiday, I guess but it is another thing the police / Guardia can check as they look for everything when it means they can raise money and stress Brits out (90day rules etc)

Do the Portsmouth to Santander regularly and would much prefer to be siting in my car than being treated like cattle for 2+ hours at Stansted airport

For what, U.K. driving licence is fine unless you’re a resident?

Legally it is not required,BUT, there have been cases where the GC have fined people for not having one,in fact there is a thread on here about it,so,do you want to try and argue with the GC or spend a few quid and have a peaceful life
