Hello , I have just witnessed a whole week of pure miserery and hell for a poor boxer dog kept caged up in his own mess 24/7 .
He cried and whimpered all the time. We witnessed this from our bedroom window. We cried for him. He is in a back yard of a villa in Camino el Hindus, Palomares.
Can any one help him.

As a member of the public you have a duty under Spanish Law to report animal cruelty. Video the cage with the dog in it for evidence then phone the Guardia. They take cruelty very seriously as does the law. Hope this helps.
Thankyou I wished I had known. I am back in the UK now so unable to report.
I feel so sorry for the dog.
Can you ask a neighbour to report it ?
I was on holiday and do not know anyone and the place is very deserted. The place is a 5 min walk from the English bar .
