Loads of Brits in.Oria. Cheaper inland.
Be aware. Friends of ours needed to vacate as they couldn't afford the heating costs in winter &, of course, quite a way from Coast.

House construction is reason for cold in winter. Traditional propertie with thick stone walls, dont give a problem, wood burning stove for a couple of hours in the evening is all you need. Modern construction of hollow tiles with render without insulation is the problem.
