Edna, are you talking about the Spanish hairdresser in the converted garage?

She is Spanish but it does not look like a converted garage as you have a couple of steps to get inside and it is not very big. It is just along from the building suppliers.

Hello im looking at moving to the oria rambla . I do understand that when it rains these roads can be unpassable. My questions are 1. Does the water run for days or weeks, 2.Does the townhall clear the track asap so it is passable again quickly. 3.Have properties every been damaged or washed away due to the flooding "will i get building insurance"
