Alterations to a property question

Good morning all...........new post, from new 'sign up'!! Ok, question to put out there......considering a property purchase in Oria. Seen a lovely villa, but would need a few changes to be made, that needs to include some form of 'central heating'.......any suggestions, rough costs, any recommendations please would be most grateful!! Don't want to go ahead if this isn't going to be a possibility as this is to be a permanent home!! There are just some things a girl needs and to be warm in the cooler months is a MUST!!! Much appreciated one and all!! PLUS if you have any builder recommendations....thanks!! Have a great day......

We have oil central heating, which keeps the chill off the whole house, but our main heat comes from a wood burner, nice to look at too.

People will tell all sorts of stories, good & bad about different heating systems, but the main problems lie in the lack of insulation, got this sorted and your heating costs will be much lower, and your house more comfortable.

Costs, can’t say, we had ours done 18 years ago, by a friend!

we had a villa and had a pellet burner it heated the whole place ,2 bedrooms and was easier than chopping wood and was easier to clean every morning the rest of the time we just used the air con on heat when needed first thing in the morning and if it got a little chilly. we also had an electric blanket for the beds.
