there is/was a 'Tabacos' along the Playa just before you get to the Parque roundabout watch out for the dodgy drive in bit they have,better park on the beach and cross over
tabac shop just along from the Parador sells Uk papers.

You need to go right to the back of Juana’s to find the news section, straight on as you go in.
While posting here, does anyone know what happened to TV Choice? I
haven’t been able to get one since the kiosk in the Parque Comercial closed.
