Visiting Endesa Office.

Hi wonder if someone can help. I'm having a problem sorting my electricity supply with Endesa! They don't seem to respond to my emails. Tried ringing but they could not understand me and cut me off. Charming! (My fault for not speaking Spanish I know)
The question is do they have a. office in Vera? If so do I need an appointment? Will they be able to speak English? I've looked on Google and they seem to have an office in Vera but maps don't show it. Any advice would be gratefully received.
