Hi all. I will be staying in the hotel Simón for two nights in September. I know it is very hilly/ steep. Which for me is impossible to walk. So my main question is, Are taxis readily available locally ? I know there is a bus but We like to eat late and enjoy trying local. Which is my next question, recomendation for eating I mojacar ( our Anniversary 🥰) Thank you

yes Spanish taxis are easily available,ask when you book the restaurant or at your hotel

Lovely Spanish food at Casa Egea or El Sitio at the playa, or at La Candela in the pueblo. If fish is your thing, lots of great fish restaurants in Garrucha .

Bellavista restaurant over looking the beach.Ask for a table by the windows when booking.950 478 800.Lovely people nice setting and good food not expensive either.

I believe buses run until 11.30 at that time but as said local taxis are brilliant I hope you have a beautiful anniversary 🥳

another thumbs up for Casa Egea,they do the best alioli I have ever tasted it is mixed with almonds or walnuts cant remember, I only found out about when I took Jose from Mi Taberna there for a meal
