Anybody who believes what they see and hear on such television programmes and buys property deserves to be fleeced. One born every minute comes to mind. Of course, there is collusion with the real estate people. What would a television programme be without the greatest well paid liars in europe? Show me an estate agent who tells the full truth and I'll show you a guy who'll be out of business pretty fast. And we all look on in amazement, at people who want to be like us and to be forever remembered like contestants on Big Brother etc. Pass the bucket, please!

You are of course entitled to your own views but the fact that SPC have had enough business to open their third branch suggests that they are doing something right.   We are back in Spain at the moment enjoying the apartment that Shaun showed us in May 2017.  We called into the office yesterday and he not only remembered me but he also remembered the layout of the apartment he took us to view.   If you are thinking of buying in Almeria my advice would be try SPC then make up your own mind.  You might be pleasantly surprised I know that I was and still am.

Some people on here just seem to love being negative for no apparent reason. We have had nothing but help from SPC and look forward to finalising our property buy in early December. We move out in January and know that because they are high profile on tv they are not going to con us. The word jealousy comes to mind looking at some of the comments above....😎

When one participates on fora such as this you must expect different opinions to your own. You may disagree with these opinions, and that is fair enough, but participants here are entitled to participate. The only thing we cannot argue with in life is the truth, sadly missing from television programmes and their participants trying to sell holiday homes abroad.

To add to that I’m not one to put reports online about a company because it’s only one experience, and don’t ask who it was either as your wasting your time as I also don’t name , I just don’t use again . 

That’s how it should be , if u get poor service just don’t use em . Just remember how we did things before social media . Do it yourself and you will discover what’s good and what’s bad. 

I have watched the programme in England and enjoy it. Back in February I contacted SPC as there were some properties I wished to view when I came over in March. I was contacted a couple of weeks before my arrival asking if I would be interested in appearing on the show. I said yes ( never had 15 mins of fame before) and then my details were given to the production company who contacted me. They were very informative and did a facetime call with my friend and myself. Everything was explained fully to us there were legal aspects to go through so every thing was made clear. The ask what you are looking for and what areas, price etc. this is all done by the production team. SPC then find appropriate properties for you to look at, in my case I had made several selections prior to this. Unfortunately when we arrived in Spain the dreaded virus was upon us, a member of the production team was taken ill and filming was cancelled that week, so it didn't go ahead. SPC were very apologetic but Shaun still showed us round the properties. Although I did not find what I was looking for I never felt under any pressure to purchase.

On another note I also saw many properties with Coles of Andalucia. Simon took us round and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a fantastic time and he did find me my dream villa. Alas as things shut down a week later I could not purchase at that time and unfortunately an offer was made a couple of weeks ago with another agent and my dream property was sold! I will be back as soon as Spain reopens and will be in touch with both agents again.

We have just been on Sun Sea and Selling Houses . Sharon and Shaun was very friendly and Professional , we had amazing couple of days with them and the film crew . Yes we bought one of the three they shown us after looking for many years and not being confident to do it on our own . They guided us all the way through it , they are still looking after it with there rental team as we are stuck in the uk and not had the pleasure of using it , hopefully soon 😁 We are delighted to have a beautiful perfect holiday home in Vera Playa and can not wait to spend some quality time with family and grandchildren. So well done The Garners can not wait to invite you to come and have a brew in our new home .

Glad you found your dream property. I have been looking at Vera Playa to, when you finally get there you will have to let me know if it lives up to expectations.  Glad you had a positive time on SSSH and will be looking out for you when the programme airs.
