He states that he has 30 agents sending him properties to view ......... he states that he is a SENIOR web site designer !!!, but still cannot find either a property,  or an estate agent worthy of his trade ???

One begins to wonder whether it is the agents, or the buyer who have things wrong ??

Gregg, ............... once again and as endorsed by Jenni,  either name and shame, or stop posting this rubbish. It is becoming boring.

By the way, I have lived happily in Spain for 15 years and am not linked to any estate agents. However, what I do not approve of, are keyboard warriors, who post on a forum to either slag off local business people, or who try to look clever by posting messages that they will not back up by facts.

I bid you goodnight and will not be posting on this thread again.

I will give you the names of 2 estate agent companies operating in the Mojacar region that caused property purchases to fall through for me either through incompetence or lies.

You are accusing me of not providing proof - now is your time to step up to the plate and contact me privately - the reason I will not name them publicly is that I dont want to damage their businesses but you seem to be adamant to keep poking the bear. So lets poke it. If you start this process then dont wimp out halfway - because you are definately going to anger the bear.

Either or both of you contact me on a private thread and I will give you the details. You can then contact these agents to hear their side of the story - either way, they will agree that the purchase of the properties fell through - and they will agree that I was not the cause. The reasons behind the lost purchases are in dispute. However, you are doubting the authenticity of these events and people. Lets do it. Once I give you details, both of you commit to posting your findings on this forum. 

Then you can both come back onto this forum and apologise to me in public - I am waiting now for your messages. Please dont keep me waiting all day - I have a busy Monday ahead of me at work. 

If you decide to not pursue your "quest to name and shame" these local companies, then back off and leave it be.

There is time to Call Time on any subject. Naming estate agents or the like even by PM is not the way to go. If you feel grieved, just suck it up and get on with whatever you have to get on with.
