Place in the Sun have been here twice recently.

We are coming out to Mojacar next week (November) for the UK Winter. Renting in Mojacar Playa near Commercial Centre. 

Looking forward to exploring, having never been before.

I think you will have a lovelly time over here as it is a very pretty town that you are going to. It wont be very busy in the winter but there is more than enough to do if you are looking for a nice quiet winter.

As i write this the sun is shining and we are sitting out in shorts on the patio having breakfast,its rather warm in the sun but do bring warm clothes as it gets cold once the sun has gone down in the evening.

If you would like to meet up for a coffee once you are over and settled we can show you some of the places you can visit around and about?

You will have a great time here and hopefully christmas day will be spent in the sun,

We have been in touch with 'Spanish Property Choice' to find us a permanent rental property in Mojacar Playa, upto now they haven't found anything. 

We are bringing an assortment of clothing to cope with all climates but we are sure the weather will be an improvement on the UK.

We are settled in Mojacar since 20 years. 10 more before that in Villaricos. Have all the gen on settling and building and buying that you will need. Our area is the best you can find.
