Spanish Property choice has a wide range of properties to rent. Ask for Juanma, who speaks perfect English. Also Linnitts Property services in Turre are very helpful and have a wide range of properties a little inland which may prove to be cheaper but still in easy access of Mojacar. Wish you luck.

Spanish Property Choice don’t do rentals any more they turned it over to Choice Rentals in Parc Comercial. Same good service.

We have used Mojacar Estates for the last few years without any problems, and they have a huge choice. Yamile and Ana are very helpful. Nick

Post Brexit you need to apply for NLV while in the UK. If granted you will have 90 days to get Residencia once arrived in Spain.

We found VIP estate agents very helpful & friendly Steve was great in showing us properties last year, very knowledgeable, we will when we can get back to Spain go see him again.

Yes we used them recently to move from rented to buying. We could not recommend them highly enough. When other estate agents would not take us to see houses they did.

Thank you Ian, I spoke to them today about a property in Villaricos, they did seem helpful :)

Yes....whilst we did not ultimately buy through them we found them very helpful and responsive.
We also liked David from Inland Villas
