Who’s doing the matriculation of the car to Spanish plates for you? They will be best placed to tell you what you need.
You WILL definitely need a ficha técnica for future ITVs though

Well I’m glad to say I went to Lorca this morning and I required only the V5 document and my NIE Certificate. The testers English and my Spanish were similarly hopeless but we got through and it says ‘ favorable ‘ on the invoice so I’m guessing it’s passed! They will phone me within a few days and I then pick up the documents. Cost a little over 200 euros.

Your head lamps will need changing , if it’s a right hand drive , also reversing lights need to be on other side on my Merc it has two so it was ok.
