On the App I have installed on my phone, Arboleas is down to Level 4 which still means that you are confined to your municipality.  It just means that shops and bars are open again but only until 6pm. I have the same problem.  Sorbas is down to 4 from. 4.2.

What is this app please?

If your down to level 4, then Municipal borders are open for you, you may travel within your province - they only close municipal borders at 4.1

This is the today's information for us:

"The Junta extends this week in Andalusia the restrictions on isolation and closure of bars.

The restrictive measures in force in Andalusia will be maintained with the same case evaluation system in each municipality.

The Minister of Health and Families of the Junta de Andalucía, Jesús Aguirre, announced this Tuesday that the Andalusian Government will extend this week the current restrictions on isolation of municipalities and the closure of bars and other non-essential services in the autonomous community.

This was assured by the counselor during the appearance held after the Governing Council , in which he explained that this week the meeting of the expert committee will not be held.

The restriction of mobility between provinces and the perimeter closure of the autonomous community will remain until February 27."

Yes - exactly.  At level 4 you may travel within the province.  It’s not all bars and shops that are closed - only those in level 4.2; in municipalities at level 4.1, bars a d non essential shops can open until 6pm, and at level 4 (< 500 new infections per 100.000 in 7 day period) municipal borders are open and you may travel within your own province i.e. Almería

Yes indeed, and Andalucía has now moved to a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week vaccination schedule

Dario, if as you explained  level 4 municipalities can move within the province, that's no good really if you can't enter other municipalities which are 4.1 or 4.2. eg.  I'm in Sorbas but I can't go to Ramblizo in Antas because it's 4.2 .  Therefore I can only go to co-joining level 4 (or under) areas like in my case, Lubrin or Lucainena where the things that I need to buy I can't!  I mean , these are nice enough places to visit but I'm still stuck with no Mercadona and no Ramblizo or equivalent!  Have I got this right?

 Have I got it right,?

Stamping feet? Be patient, and we will avoid the infection, and it will all be over quicker. We can manage nicely with the breadvan, fishvan, local Dia; our host/host country has managed for a year. Stay put, stay safe, stay close with close ones, and we are all steering towards a better, safer, healthier future.

The guidance on this is .... woeful ... to say the least, and really seems to depend on which Oficial you speak to.  Some will tell you you may not cross a neighboring municipality if it’s higher than you, others say that as your municipality is allowed provincial travel, you can go THROUGH a 4.1 or 4.2 to a same or lower level as yourself as long as you don’t stop in that municipality and transit through.  The latter would certainly seem to make more sense as you are not going to spread infection by driving through a municipality with a higher rate of infections ... but like I say ... official guidance is ... lacking.

It doesn’t help that the Junta are putting out mixed messages. Early yesterday was the announcement that the high impact committee was not meeting this week and all measures current would stay in place until 27th February, then later on, a different announcement came that despite the first announcement, the high impact committee was meeting at provincial level and a declaration of municipalities “promoted” and “demoted” would be made late Thursday afternoon ... soooooooo *shrug* who knows?
