...he agent that I did not want extra insurance I paid for petrol and signed for payment. When I was picking up the car it was dirty and in a terrible condition which I poited out to the Gold attendent in the parking lot. She told me not to worry that I had full insurance taken out at a cost of €200 plus. Went back to the terminal desk to seek my money back. The cleck I had dealt with previously was gone so spoke to another cleck. Again another big argument on insurance and the only satisfaction I got upgrade to a nice nee car and her email address to email her next time and she would give me a good deal on insurance. I feel that Gold Car stole my money and would like to warn people of their tactics. If you have a similar experince I would like to hear from you.
