we opened a 360 Account with Cajamar which included a savings account, regular payments of pensions in and a credit card. as we understood that meant no charges for debit card useage but have just checked on line statement to find 2 X €15 charges for both our debit cards. Off to the bank tomorrow to find out why? on top of that we have a really good balance in the account and received the princely sum of 6cents interest!!!

What was the outcome? The same happened to us.

the outcome was because the state pensions came in under my husbands name from UK government they had it that I did not put a pension into the account! Solution contacted DWP and got them to pay under my name. not sure why it wasn't in the first place.
