It is due.....for ages now....to be pulled down by the council, as the owner will not remove it. You are not permitted to build houses with wooden frames in Spain.....(termites).....The council can give you info when they reopen maybe, but the house as it is has to go....lovely plot though...

As I said....It is a lovely plot????? By the time he gets the bill from the council he might need to sell it?????

Hi.on the back of this post.i was hoping to bring my wooden lodge over to tabernas when things settle down.anybody ever done this.thanks.

Ask at your local council WHEN they re-open!!!!!
You need permission even for a small fence.....they love paperwork!!!!!

The property is owned by an English couple who have abandoned their project and refuse to acknowledge any communications about it.

You need permission to put up new fence boundaries in the UK as well, or even up grade your windows so as to pay more tax, they too love rules.

I know several wooden properties built in Spain, and new ones at that , no problem to the council if they conform to building regs
