Hi. We are on holiday in the Cabo de gata area and travelling through France we had the fresh water and waste tank plumbing stolen from our camper van. We need to buy some plastic piping, taps, jubilee clips etc. We are heading for Almeria tomorrow and going via Nijar looking for DIY shops. Does anyone know of suitable shops in the Nijar or Almeria area? Many thanks. Mike

There are Ironmongers in virtually every town around here, selling all that kind of kit that you need.
If you pass through Huércal-Overa on yr way down the A7 to Nijar there's a good one here:

The second one is easier to park outside in a camper, but if you drive past both you're sure to get parking outside. The guys will probably come out and 'tell' you what to buy if they are shown what you are doing :-)
Just search for 'Ferreteria' in google maps. They are always happy to help. Ask for 'tubos y embrazadores'....
