Food shopping in El Cabo de Gata

We are visiting the area in a couple of weeks and as a chef I love to buy local produce and cook when I'm in Spain - I know it's a bus driver's holiday! We're staying for a week in La Azohia, so I think that Aguilas and Mazarrón have supermarkets and then a week in San Jose, which seems to have barely anything. Does anyone know of any fruit and vegetable markets, health food stores or amazing carnicerías or pescaderías near either location? Will travel for delicious produce!
