Does anybody have the name of a Spanish to English translator in Cuevas who could initially help me with ringing the town hall to ask a couple of questions about adding my father's name to the Padron at our address (he isn't on the rental contract so probably not possible) but need to find out before we move to next option. My Spanish is mediocre at best and seems even worse when talking on the phone! Thank you
