...flout the rules and of course the few who are just bloody awkward . I saw plenty of rules broken in mojacar thru July and august with gangs of youngsters some with masks most without , the consequence huge outbreak at Mandela and Lua . And people still greeting with hugs and kisses . Why this constant knock the Brit . Grrr
There is no doubt that Covid protection rules are not being followed as well in England, less so in Scotland. How do I know? I have family and friends living in Southern England and in various spots in NW England and in Yorkshire and in Scotland - East and West. Plus friends here in Almeria that recently visited the UK and travelled on trains. Yes of course UK residents don’t have to wear masks outdoors - but in shops all are supposed to do so yet there are still quite a few shops where even staff are not wearing masks.
Which is maybe why the U.K. is heading towards a third lockdown. In Spain we have had one, plus a curfew and curtailment of hospitality opening hours.
