we use Aena, the airports own carpark, just over the bridge from the terminal. https://www.aena.es/es/pasajeros/pasajeros.html

Very efficient, good rates anf good service.
I recently parked there for 2 weeks. I searched online and found what turned out to be a "broker" site. Aena was cheapest. Booked and paid in advance. Their long term parking is not the multistorey car park. It's on the left as you drive towards the terminal building. Only problem was finding a pay station! Not to pay, just to validate the ticket.

If you've paid in advance, Frank, you just have to go to the exit, where your registration is read, and providing you haven't overstayed, the barrier goes up and away you go :-)
