We use Global Currency Exchange Network for all our currency transfers simple procedure and better rates than your UK bank

Hi,
We used GCEN for years prior to opening a Euro account offshore.
Many people recommend Transferwise (all on internet) so may be worth comparing.

We used Currencies Direct (https://www.currenciesdirect.com) for a couple of years but more recently have opened a borderless account at Transferwise (https://transferwise.com) where the transfers from the UK to our Spanish bank account are slightly quicker and the rate of exchange is usually a fraction better.
