Hi first of all thank you for your replies

Secondly I would learn to speak Spanish because I wouldn't be an hypocrite I m the first to call people in UK who doesn't speak a word of English  it's called Respect the country you live in  End of day I'm a 56 year old man who  was originally after a new venture

To be honest I'm glad a few of you were a bit brutal I 've always listened to both sides of a discussion then made my own mind up

Thank you and I haven't been offended by anyone I LOVE A CHALLENGE

There's nothing negative about warning people of the pitfalls of starting a new business during these current times..Gary has asked for advice and people have given it to him,if he chooses to go ahead with either of the ventures then good for him and I hope it all goes well for him and I'm sure everyone does, people have just advised him to be cautious..I know what I'd rather do if I could afford it...retire and hold on to your cash at least until you know what's going to happen to the economy in the near future...

Well done Gazza for taking all points of view on board. Different people have different requirements. Take a trip over when you can and remove any blinkers and see it with an open mind.

If you can afford to retire and not work good luck to you. There are plenty of charities that need help, animal sanctuaries, care of the aged, cancer, all who need volunteers.

Good luck and stay safe & healthy

Jack
